Una lectura de la justicia ensanchada en Kant: para repensar el debate entre Fraser y Honneth

In this paper I will attempt to offer a critical analysis of the theory of justice, which includes both redistribution and recognition. To this end, I will first take up the central axes of the debate between Fraser and Honneth on the critical theory of justice, and then bring them into play with a reading of Kant's broadened theory of justice. I will show that from Kant's dualism, which comprises a doctrine of right and a doctrine of virtue, it is possible to advance in different ways of approaching social justice, without reducing one to the other. I will support this thesis on a republican reading of Kantian justice, on the one hand, and on a reading of Kantian ethical-political on the basis of the duties of virtue and the ethical community, on the other.
