In this work, I respond to the main criticisms and comments that have been made to the book Law as a Conversation between Equals. Among others, I respond to the observations that were made to me in relation to the conception of (epistemic) democracy that I defend; the way I understand constitutional rights and their protection; the role of judges in the “conversation between equals”; and the role that the principle of equality plays, as support for the entire dialogic approach.Downloads
